1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using 27HD, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements to submit the guide-request form. Official agencies and institutions may apply their own eligibility, identity and ownership requirements.
3. Independent information service
27HD is an independent information and advertising website operated by JLORD PERFORMANCE DIGITAL. We are not ASIC, Moneysmart, the ATO, an Australian Government agency, a bank, insurer, share registry, lawyer, accountant, financial adviser or claims service. Information is general and is not financial, legal or tax advice.
4. The official search is free
The Australian Government's Moneysmart unclaimed-money search and the standard claim process are free. 27HD does not charge a fee to search or claim and does not ask for a share of any amount found.
5. No search or claim is performed here
Submitting the 27HD form does not search ASIC's register, establish entitlement, create a claim or reserve money. A visitor must use the official search and follow the instructions of ASIC, the relevant financial institution, the ATO, or the relevant state or territory agency.
6. Information you submit
You agree to provide accurate information that belongs to you and not to submit another person's details without authority. Do not send identity documents, bank details, tax file numbers, superannuation information, claim documents or an Original Transaction Number to 27HD.
7. Guide-related communications
The main form requests the guide and official-search link. Communications generated from that form should be limited to the requested material. A separate recurring subscription, if introduced in the future, must use its own clear signup process and terms.
8. Accuracy and changes
We aim to provide useful information, but official processes, thresholds, forms, links and agency responsibilities can change. We do not warrant that every item is complete, current or error-free. Confirm requirements on the relevant official website before acting.
9. Third-party websites
The website contains links to third-party and government websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, search results, claim decisions or processing times. Your use of an external site is governed by that site's terms and policies.
10. No guarantee of a match or payment
We do not guarantee that a search will return a match, that a record belongs to you, that documents will be accepted, that interest will be payable, or that any amount will be returned. ASIC or the relevant institution determines the applicable process and outcome.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use the website to violate law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, bypass security, scrape the site at scale, impersonate another person, submit false details, manipulate campaign tracking or disrupt the service.
12. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, 27HD's original text, layout, graphics, branding and code are owned by or licensed to JLORD PERFORMANCE DIGITAL. Government names, marks and third-party content belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation or a particular financial outcome.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 27HD and JLORD PERFORMANCE DIGITAL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of the website, reliance on information, an external website, a failed search, a rejected claim or interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
15. Changes and availability
We may update these terms, modify content or suspend all or part of the website at any time. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
16. Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence. A dispute must be brought before a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction.
