Official unclaimed-money help

For the national unclaimed-money search, visit the official Moneysmart search. Follow the instructions shown for the record type and contact ASIC or the relevant institution identified by the official process.

Lost super and state or territory money

Lost super is handled through the ATO's online services. Other unclaimed amounts, such as some wages, estates, dividends and trust money, may be held by a state or territory agency. Moneysmart provides links to those official sources.

Protect sensitive information

Do not email us passwords, identity documents, bank details, tax file numbers, superannuation details, claim evidence or an Original Transaction Number. 27HD does not need those items to provide the guide.
