27HD is operated by JLORD PERFORMANCE DIGITAL, a Brazilian business registered under CNPJ 57.215.224/0001-38 (“27HD”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This policy explains how we handle information collected through 27hd.com.
2. Information we collect
- Guide-request details: the name and email address entered in the form.
- Technical information: page address, date and time, browser or device information made available through standard web requests, referring website, and security or error records.
- Campaign information: UTM parameters and common advertising click identifiers contained in the page address.
- Communications: information included when you email us or make a privacy request.
3. Why we use information
We use information to process the requested guide, direct visitors to the official Moneysmart search, operate and secure the website, prevent invalid submissions, measure campaign performance, troubleshoot problems, respond to enquiries and comply with applicable legal obligations.

The main form is for the requested guide and official-search link. It is not a recurring promotional subscription. Information entered on those sites is handled under their own notices and policies. 27HD does not receive search results or claim evidence from the official Moneysmart register through this website.

Only provide the information requested by the form. We do not need passport or driver licence copies, bank account information, tax file numbers, superannuation details, claim evidence or an Original Transaction Number to provide the guide.
